Welcome to Reeloop ("Reeloop", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our website and services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Reeloop helps creators repost their short-form videos across connected platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You are responsible for the content you upload, import, and repost, and for ensuring you have the rights to do so.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
3. Connected platforms
When you connect a third-party account (e.g., TikTok, YouTube), you authorize Reeloop to access and use that account only as needed to provide the Service, subject to that platform's own terms and API policies. You may disconnect any platform at any time. You are responsible for complying with each platform's rules.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload or repost content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or violates any platform's policies. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Reeloop offers a 3-day free trial followed by a paid membership at $5. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can stop using paid features at any time.
6. Content ownership
You retain ownership of your content. You grant Reeloop a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service (for example, to store an uploaded video and repost it to the platforms you select).
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reeloop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
