This Privacy Policy explains how Reeloop ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and services (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
We collect: (a) account information such as your name and email; (b) content you upload or import, including videos and captions; (c) connection data from platforms you link (such as your TikTok or YouTube profile name and the videos you choose to work with), obtained through their official APIs with your authorization; and (d) basic usage and payment status information.
2. How we use information
We use your information to operate and improve the Service — to authenticate you, store and repost your videos to the platforms you select, display analytics, process subscriptions, and provide support. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Third-party platforms
When you connect an account, we access it only as needed to provide the Service and in accordance with that platform's API terms and policies (including TikTok, Google/YouTube, and Meta). Access tokens are stored securely and are used solely on your behalf. You may disconnect a platform at any time, which revokes Reeloop's ongoing access.
4. Data storage & security
Uploaded videos and account data are stored using industry-standard cloud infrastructure. Passwords are hashed and access tokens are stored securely. Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
5. Data retention & deletion
We retain your data while your account is active. You can delete your videos and disconnect platforms at any time. To request full account and data deletion, contact us at Jestersdenshopify@yahoo.com and we will remove your personal data, subject to legal requirements.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
7. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date.
